Chicken, Egg & Pork Subscriptions

With our subscription service you have the option to 'lock in' a weekly, fortnightly or monthly order for a designated period (3 months, 6 months or ongoing). You can commit to a set order, or you can change your order each time - whatever works best for you.
Subscription customers’ orders will be given absolute priority.

How will it work?

  1. You let us know what you would like to order on a weekly, monthly or fortnightly basis for your chosen period
    (eg 1 tray of eggs, 1 whole chicken & 1kg chicken thigh per fortnight)

Ordering Options:
Set Items Order:
You nominate which items you would like to receive each order (eg 1 tray eggs, 2 whole chickens)
Set Dollar Value Order:
You nominate a dollar value & we will provide you with different cuts each order (eg 1 tray eggs, $60 worth of chicken cuts)
Set Frequency Order:
Nominate your order frequency & we will be in touch a few days before your delivery or pick up to get your order.

2. You select your delivery/pick up option:

  • Home Delivered (incurs $10 fee each delivery)

  • Collect at Avoca Beach Farmers Market (Fortnightly Wed 4-5.30)

  • Farm Pick Up – Available daily 2-4pm

  • Reko Ring Erina – Fortnightly on a Thursday 5-6pm - Pick up or home delivery options available

  • Reko Ring Tuggerah - Fortnightly on a Thursday 5-6pm - Pick up or home delivery options available

  • Collect from Ettalong Galleria markets - Fortnightly Saturday 8-11am

3. Your order is given priority.
Subscription orders are given priority. Whether it is eggs or meat - your orders are filled first.
When we return from the abattoir we reserve your items straight away. Only the remaining produce will be available for sale at the markets, Reko Ring & home deliveries.

4. We will invoice you at the start of the week that you are to receive/collect your order (automatic payments are also an option)

5. We will deliver your order or have it ready for you at your nominated pick up point.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I order additional items to add to my order?

    • Yes! Just place an order for your additional items using our online store.
      Select the ‘Farm Pick Up’ option & make a note that it is in addition to your subscription order.

• What if we will be away for one of the scheduled deliveries/pick ups?

  • You can have someone else collect the order, or you can skip that fortnight and we will extend your subscription period by 1 delivery/pick up.

• What happens at the end of the my subscription period?

  • You can end your subscription (no worries at all – we understand that this may not work for everyone) OR

  • You can renew your subscription & make changes if you would like to

  • What if an item is not available that month?

    • This can happen. We aren’t in control of the whole process and at times errors made at the abattoir (eg no liver one month) or the butcher (eg they didn’t have time to make chicken mince). If this is the case we will be in touch & you can either substitute the item or we can reduce your invoice for that order.

  • Can I change what I order during my subscription period?

    • Yes! Just let us know what you would like changed & we will sort it out for you.

  • Can I order just eggs?

    • Unfortunately at the moment we can’t offer eggs only subscriptions. We just don’t have enough eggs available for sale each week.

The subscription service means you don’t have to remember to place orders for the subscription period.
You will also have the added option of automatic payments so you have less administration.
Your order is guaranteed. No more wondering if your order will be in early enough.
You will be given first option on new produce eg our pork, beef, hams or special cuts
You will be invited to special free Farm open days for Subscription customers. Often we have free farm open days when we have new arrivals, like piglets or calves. (our farm tours are normally $25 per person).
You will be partnering with a farming family that are committed to raising animals ethically in a way that regenerates the local eco system.

Benefits for us:

This will help us to know how many chickens to grow, how many whole chickens to set aside & how many eggs we will have left for sale etc.
It also helps us to even out our income/cashflow.
We feel good knowing that our regular customers are getting the produce they want & we love the sense of community that we are building with our subscription customers.
(Since starting the subscription service we have had to grow our chicken & pork enterprises - we just can’t thank you enough!)
